You did make things right by sending another crew to do what hadn't been done. However, it took another appointment and the tennant had already moved in. His comment was " I can do a better job of cleaning and it's not my profession"

Many things we talked about were not done

Failed to dust, failed to vacumn, failed to clean master bath sink, failed to clean microwave, failed to clean wood floor in at least 2 places, found trash under rug.
The house was dirtier than usual so this must be unusual service. Iassume next time will be better.

I like having a regular team every time. The products they use Clean very well, but for me, it’s missing the clean smell that comes from my Pine-Sol/Mr. clean products. The girls have incorporated my products with theirs to give me a beautiful clean smelling house every time.

I put a five because the girls that come are always changing, and I feel like the price is really high for the amount of time spent and the cheap natural products that are used.
The people are very efficient and timely and do a very nice job and are always considered of your privacy.

Merry Maids is wonderful! The cleaners are very thorough and we appreciate that they use mild cleansers and vinegar. We receive an email when they are on their way which is helpful for us. I would recommend Merry Maids to anyone!
Attention to redirection if needed. Never have to ask twice. I always get my home cleaned as I want it done.
New construction cleaning. Two walls I pointed out at o yet were covered in construction dust were not fcleaned. Had to scrub them down myself. Otherwise then that, good job
Cleaning done correctly and professional conduct and attitude.
We were told we would have approximately four man hours for each trip at the maximum some of the trips have been as short as 45 minutes total there for a little areas are being skipped or lightly done
They were on time and did a professional job. I never need to worry that nobody will show up.
