Great job in cleaning the home. It was a deep cleaning and for the cost, it should have included walls washed. it was fairly expensive. The home did look very nice once done.

We have only been clients of Merry Maids for 3 months, but have found the service so far been most satisfactory.
The cleaning teams have been professional and willing to fulfill any special requests within the scope of our service agreement. This has been especially true of the team that has come regularly to our home these past couple of months.
The products they use leave no visible residue and smell great.

My experience with Merry Maids is that they are efficient, careful and on time. I have not had any troubles with scheduling or with too few people to do a deep clean when that's required. They are pleasant, friendly and easy to talk with.

Danica, the local office manager, was an especially good listener and even developed a spreadsheet listing rooms and particular cleaning requirements for each. I've never had anyone do that before and I have many years of experience with house help.

I had a home in some very serious need of help in Maple Falls, WA. Although I felt terrible giving this job to anyone, Merry Maids stepped up and did this work. I'm so very grateful for their wonderful customer service, expedient booking, and the team that put in all the effort to make the home shine again. Thank you!

The ladies try to please us as much as they can. We provide our own products.The main thing I notice that could really be improved is the cleaning under the head of the beds. When I was cleaning regularly by myself, I pulled out a lot of hair, Kleenex and lint. We have allergies, and we tend to sneeze when debris accumulates under the beds.

They were on time and when finished it did not smell of cleaning supplies but clean and clear

Unfortunately I will not be recommending Merry Maids. They showed up late, the didn’t let us know when they left, so the unit was left unlocked and all the lights were left on all day. We also were not told that they wouldn’t be finishing the job. While I understand that the unit was disgusting, I wish I had gotten a phone call stating that they didn’t have time to complete and that they would need to come back to finish. I still haven’t received any sort of communication. Floors were sticky, countertops dirty in the kitchen, dishwasher wasn’t clean, toilets/shower had to be cleaned again, all trim cleaned etc. again, I understand the unit was a complete mess. I just wish I had been told that they didn’t plan on finishing it or weren’t able to get it done and needed to come back.

Your crew does an outstanding job every time. So pleased with our service.

The ladies are prompt, professional, quiet, hard working, knowledgeable, thorough, and quick. They work as a team. I like that they use a steam cleaner mop because this is the first time our tile floors have looked clean in years.

This my 3rd year with MM, and couldn’t be happier. I usually have the same team every week. The girls are awesome, competent, respectful. In these trying Covid times, they practice aseptic technique & wearing masks at all times. I’m happy with the hard work they do for me…I highly recommend this company. Kathy😁
