Love the fact that the floors were not streaky when they were done. Everything smelled fresh without any sort of chemical smell.

In the last three months I’ve had a cleaning canceled because there wasn’t enough crew (March) My most recent cleaning (April) left my house smelling terrible because of the vinegar-rich solution used to clean the floor has lingered (clean floor but it stinks). Called about the floor/stink, was told they would try to get someone back but no one has/nor updated me when they can.

I think the cost is very high. I like Hailey a lot and she keeps a good handle on the team but she has someone different every time. But you guys do an excellent job.

The cleaning team is efficient, willing to accommodate special requests, always courteous and friendly, and leaves the house feeling, looking and smelling fresh and clean.

Price, professionalism, performance

After the team came back to wipe the mini dining area and bathroom LIGHTS that were supposed to be cleaned and weren't the team STILL DID NOT GOT THE LIGHTS, but I wasn't going to bother them again, so that is why I'm disappointed along other little things, that are no worth mentioning.

I clean homes with a company before and I know how things should look after you clean not only that I would do little things to make customers happy that didn'ttake me 5 min.to do.. lime the toaster.

Give us a time range at least. I had planned zoom calls when they showed up and could not allow them to vacuum. I cannot stay home all day waiting for when they might show up.

Consistent, reliable, and friendly. Worth every penny IMO.

You are responsive and very good to work with.

One of your workers was spot on and was able to get tasks done without having to be reminded. The other worker needed some coaching, and even then missed some important areas. After everyone left I ended up cleaning the toilet area in the master bath that the floor nor floorboards had even been touched. The camaraderie between the two was such that one appeared to be in charge and that was a good thing. Nevertheless the second one seemed to need a little more coaching. That being said the mirrors and bathrooms by day one, after 24 hours showed evidence of product that was still on them. The overall price for two people to be here for under four hours, for $600 was over the top ridiculous. Would we spend that again not for a moment. Then the way that Danica set up a rotational way of having our house done every other week half of the house would be done for $190 and then two weeks later the other half of the house for $190. So that would mean that it would be a month for the front of the house to be done, while the back of the house was being done, if that makes any sense in other words two times a month for half of the house means that really the house is being clean once a month, $190 per cleaning comes to $280 a month for a half done job . I would rather hire individuals then have a company that reaps the majority of the profit. That being said thank you for your services. However We will no longer need to continue those services. Last two cleaning visits were 2 people for 2 hours at $240 or $60/hr. This is too expensive for level of work (cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming) for 2 retired people. We keep house cleaned otherwise doing same work between Merry Maid visits.

Also, some one on staff removed inexpensive jewelry from house. This was reported to Merry Maid representative.

They are great and pay attention to the details

The ladies are efficient and thorough.

It seems I have to ask over and over to have the carpets under the beds vacuumed. I also have times when the bathrooms aren't scrubbed or the laundry room isn't cleaned. I don't always catch these things because the ladies are gone before I can inspect. Also, the mirrors and light banks above the bathroom sinks are rarely cleaned. I appreciate the work the ladies do since my back is so bad, but I really like a clean house and I'm picky. Generally speaking most of the teams you send try to please us, but we have to mention specific things before they start cleaning to have them give special attention to certain things.

Merry Maids sends the same team each time they clean my home. If I need something special such as guests coming, they will change my appointment date and time. If there is ever a problem, they correct it by sending someone out immediately if I want. On a rotating basis, they do special cleaning of each area of my home.

Consistent, efficient service

Getting the office to return calls is almost impossible and the cleaning staff is given so little time to complete each task that they can not do a really good job. the cost of your service is very high compared to what I have had to pay to replace your company.
You charged me two times for the deep clean that was supposed to be a one time service so you owe me me the difference between $200 and $160.

Not to go so fast as to scratch hardwood floors and walls

Home always sparkles and smells nice after the services. Staff are friendly. The service and quality of cleaning is consistently good no matter which team comes to my house.

Frequent personnel changes do not make for good customer service. Bring back Gabrielle!

The communication about scheduling is always easy. The service is always reliable. I can count on one of the cleaning people having been at my home previously to clean. The cleaning is good. I appreciate that I have such good cleaning support for our home.
