Missed cleaning the floor in several important areas including the food pantry and hallway closet. Also under fridge. (although I did not specifically request that) Did not ask us to do an inspection after they finished so I could have pointed out areas as unsatisfactory. Did not thoroughly clean hardwood floor with mop and wood floor cleaner which I specifically asked for. I think it was just vacuumed which did little good. I would like them to return and do the wood floor again.

Was easy to schedule with them. A slight miscommunication on my part which they easily rectified!!

They did a great job in some areas. However, after they left and we took a closer look, we noticed all the places they had missed. My husband and I spent several hours finishing what they didn't do. We had new renters moving in that evening. I feel $717 plus a $45 tip was way too much for what they actually did.

Prices are high. Maintain quality but manage price increases carefully. Everyone has a price limit

Soap scum still on bathroom countertop , many areas only partially dusted, many areas untouched including one entire bedroom which was superficially vacuumed but not dusted, kitchen floor still had spilled drops after it was supposedly washed, countertop under laptop not cleaned. Cleaners worked at a glacial pace leaving them rushed at the end. The cleaner threw clean towels on the dirty floor when cleaning the downstairs bathroom then hung them up when she finished. I had to dust, spot wash the floors and wash all the bathroom towels after they left. Dust and debris left under the entry rug where the rug anti slip liner was all bunched up, not laid flat.I was told repeatedly that you wanted me to be happy with the service but when I mentioned the missed parts, one of the cleaners started arguing with me and said they couldn’t stay any longer.
The kitchen cabinets and stove top were nicely cleaned, as were the windows. The house was cleaner after they left but not anywhere close to what you promised me and definitely not worth what you charged.

The price ended up being higher than my budget could afford. $80 per person per hour is too expensive. Also, there were a ton of spots left on my stainless steel dishwasher. I took a picture and sent it and thought someone should have been sent back out to take care of it. Instead, I was told they would take care of it the next visit, which would have been a month. Also, some areas weren't dusted.

We liked the overall approach to the entire house. The air seemed better and free from dust after they left. Nice girls!

Most of the time things are missed and the price is very high for the amount of time spent and the cheap products used. I even have them use my vacuum. My price has gone up significantly in less than two years. There are always different people. When you call to tell them something was missed they offer to come back but that is an inconvenience. They never take any money off for not doing everything. The girls are always very nice, and a plus is that they have been able to accommodate me when I have needed to switch days for company coming. But for the most part, too expensive for what you get!

The team comes when scheduled, goes about the job well, and leaves us satisfied with our clean house.

Danica is very efficient and careful in the cleaning process. Recently she has been given the additional responsibility of training new employees and she seems to be handling that very well. She is also very friendly and is easy to discuss cleaning requirements with. Top Notch!!!

Apartment was not properly cleaned and the cleaners ran out of time because of team issues so they had to leave before the job was finished. I have pictures showing that. Very disappointed.

My kitchen and bathrooms are the most important to me each month. I am pleased with their cleanliness.
I also appreciate the fact that they choose a special room each month to clean extra.

I’ve noticed that my cleaning team is not taking the full hour that I’m paying them for to clean my apartment. I understand that sometimes it might not take the whole time, but when I come home and still find opportunities for improvement I am disappointed. I have called and left messages and have not received any response.

Lower the price. $200 for three-bedroom 2 bath is a little high.

I don't have a specific time for the ladies to clean anymore and I don't like it. They are supposed to be here at 10:30 or thereabout on Fridays. The way it is now (totally disorganized) I wait around all day unsure if they will even come. I'm not unhappy with the ladies who clean for me, but I am not happy with the way they are managed. Love the fact that the floors were not streaky when they were done. Everything smelled fresh without any sort of chemical smell.

In the last three months I’ve had a cleaning canceled because there wasn’t enough crew (March) My most recent cleaning (April) left my house smelling terrible because of the vinegar-rich solution used to clean the floor has lingered (clean floor but it stinks). Called about the floor/stink, was told they would try to get someone back but no one has/nor updated me when they can.

Saabia is amazing!! She is wonderful and always do an amazing job. I would be very disappointed if I lose her as a team leader!
