I would like it if the cleaning crew would slow down a little. Twice in the last few months I have moved furniture,a sofa and a mobile server, in the presence of company, only to find dead bugs under and behind them. It was embarrassing. These are pieces I can easily move myself and I can't see any reason why I should find dead bugs when I am employing cleaning people every week. I think that moving and vacuuming behind and under furniture should be part of the deep clean. I also think they only clean the same things every week which means that dust noticeably builds up in those skipped areas.

I guess that it was because I was sick, or because the team wasn't familiar with my house, or because it had been a long time since I called them and the house was a mess, or any thing else, but I wasn't happy with the result this time. That won't stop me from using MM on a regular basis.

The ladies work hard and do a good job; they are willing to sometimes do special things not on their list and to put up
with me- I'm sure having me underfoot all the time is stressful
