The ladies that cleaned our home, were very nice, and worked steadily the whole time they were here.
The down side of the service, is that they're not allowed to move things to clean under them, such as sofas and chairs, etc. My husband did move several things for them to clean under them, so it worked out. I felt very pampered when I had a clean house after they left.
They always do a thorough job when they clean. The products do not have an overbearing scent.
You responded quickly for the job that I needed done. Sarah went out of her way to move the extra things that needed to be moved from one area to another so she could clean and did a very nice job. I was pleased with the service. Thank you.

Other than the woman who cleaned my house this past week, I've been very happy with the services provided for years.
The service has been great and the products seem fine. As a single father with two teenage boys, and the long hours I put in at work, it has been a huge burden taken off my shoulders.
The products made the house look very clean and i like the way my kitchen floor looks
The way the lady cleaned the baseboards.The kitchen was done superbly.I did think the floors would be scrubbed though.Maybe I misunderstood when the website says the floors would be scrubbed.My kitchen floor was the main reason I contacted the company.The floor was just mopped which I could have done.So that's the only thing I wasn't satisfied about.
The ladies who came did a thorough job and not only did my house look clean, it felt clean just walking into the rooms.
I like the professionalism about the staff. Whenever I do have any concerns, it is rectified in a timely fashion. The products do not have a smell so it makes me feel like the products are safe for my child.
Professional staff and services, including a call to remind us of the date and time of service. Bonding makes us feel comfortable. The personal touch with the notes left on the counter detailing the services completed that day.
I felt like the products used did a good job making the house feel nice and clean. Brittany was pleasant to work with.
My impression after one visit is that Merry Maids did twice as well at cleaning the house as any other company I've worked with. I'm not really ready to publicly promote the company after just one visit. I did not inspect the products used.

I was not able to get my shower cleaned I tried everything but nothing worked however merry maids made it white again !!

The staff is always friendly and flexible. We sometimes have odd requests (last time we needed the cleaner to meet us at a restaurant to get the keys to the business) that they are always willing to oblige.
We like the fact that Merry Maid Stephanie is such a reliable cleaner. We know that when we return on the Fridays she has come, we can count on our house being in tip-top shape. And she actually "details" the area having been ear marked for special attention during that visit. Thanks to the local MM franchise & Stephanie for contributing to make ours a cozy, happy home.
