I think the house looks and smells great after each visit. I like the piece of mind this service provides and how secure they are in selecting who can work for them.

Friendliness of the staff and attention to detail

I like that the staff remembers ALWAYS what I do and do not want...since I became a customer I asked for no bleach as it irritates my lungs, they LOVE on my big lab and know how to give him a biscuit...he actually cries in EXCITEMENT if I happen to be home when they come--it is like they are family, also sometimes I sleep in a different room due to work and they are super quiet and considerate while cleaning===again like a part of my family.....

I have NEVER found my house unlocked after they leave, they have pleasantly and unexpectedly made my bed, washed coffee cups or spoons I accidentally left in my sink....I could go on and on

I have no complaints and have referred the service to multiple people I work with and my coworkers have called and now are using them as we talk at work

lastly the price is so reasonable for all that they do

I will now get on my "soap box" and say that I have NO IDEA what they are paid for their work NOR do I know what type of benefits they get----I give them personal tips during the year and my xmas tip I give in November so they can shop before the holidays....I am a doctor and I hope that they make more than minimum wage, get some vacation time or sick leave and eventually with the impending obama care some type of affordable insurance------THIS IS MY OWN PERSONAL VIEW POINT.....

I think they are fantastic and hope they stay happily employed in this tough economy.....

I like the friendliness of Kat and Mary (my Merry Maids. It's always a pleasure to see them. Kat has been with us for a while and I consider her my friend. My home is always clean and fresh smelling when they have been there. Now that we have had medical problems and it would be difficult for us to do the cleaning, I appreciate them even more.
