We bought a used dining room set and intended to have the chairs reupholstered. Decided to have them cleaned and used till things weren’t so hectic (post hurricane). Merry Maids sent us a person to clean them and we were amazed that the results were so good. Also had all the baseboards cleaned in the rental home that we had just moved into. Great job.
Definitely would use them again and recommend Merry Maids.

I liked the individual who did the first interview with me -- clearly a professional who knew the business. I liked the fact that the cleaners did not talk on cell phones while they were cleaning. The cleaning was quite good the first time and the staff was flexible -- explaining what products they use and why. They had more than one type of vacuum cleaner to accommodate my cleaning requirements. The cleaners were on time and very careful around my house and my grand piano. And EVERYONE was helpful and friendly. And the owner came out and went over my house with a white glove to check that the cleaning was done to his specifications.

I always feel like my house is CLEAN! Therese does a fabulous job, is always prompt, courteous and I know she has cleaned thoroughly! I love coming home after she’s been there!

They are very good at their jobs. The cleaning liquids that they use are not overbearing in smell. I like that they aren't. My house is very clean when they leave.

I don't know about your products. Overall a good job, a couple of things missed, but that is to be expected. No one is perfect.
