This was our first experience with Merry Maids and we are so pleased! Out first impression was the office staff - very professional and efficient. We were easily able to set up an appointment for an initial walk through with Carolina. She was great. She walked through our house, examining each surface and corner to ensure that our first cleaning would be as thorough as possible. She explained everything and helped us understand how our home would be cleaned with the green products that we prefer. The cleaning team, led by Marta, completely exceeded our expectations. We are thrilled with the attention to detail and the care of our home that Marta and her team provided. We will be scheduling monthly service and have requested Marta already. Great experience!

Merry Maids is the best cleaning outfit I've found in the Verde Valley. The girls that clean our house work super hard and do a GREAT job - and they're also just lovely, nice women. Also, the office staff is very well organized and professional - scheduling, payments, etc. are easy to arrange. I like the cinnamon smelling cleaners they use sometimes - leaves our house feeling sanitized and clean but still welcoming (we live in a dusty area and have lots of animals, so I like the more industrial products they bring to use...) Overall highly reccomend them!

Quick and efficient

I love the crews coming in and tackling the house in quick order. The ladies are so efficient and methodical about the process and when they leave, I love the clean smell and look for days!

Hard working, polite, friendly

I know nothing about the products you use in my home.... but I do know about Edna and Maria - and they are great! A good team, personable and efficient. Marta and Consuela were also good, but I just felt a rapport with Edna and Maria, so I have requested them on a regular basis.
They come in and get the job done.
I relish having them do my home. I can do my floors, and they can do my floors - and for some reason, they stay cleaner longer when they do them! Don't know why! Just do :)
