First, everyone is very timely and arrives in the time frame I was given. I love the products MM uses as while the house smells clean afterwards, it is not a heavy cleaning or industrial smell. This week Morgan and Bailey cleaned our house and did an excellent job. They were also very receptive when I suggested they use my stainless steel cleaner on the appliances hence a great finished product! Thank you!

I was out of town when the Merry Maids crew cleaned at a rental we were preparing for new tenants. Otherwise I would have been the one doing the cleaning!! The new renters (who were there) told me that a great deal of cleaning got done in a very short amount of time. The crew worked hard the entire time without needing any supervision. They totally eased my mind! Thank you!!

Very thorough cleaning. Hit all the areas I had asked for and even more. The ladies were very pleasant and professional and worked very hard. Products were fine, but I actually didn't notice any scent which is a plus for us. So many cleaning products are either very antiseptic-smelling or leave such a lingering scent.

Our house hasn't looked so clean in quite some time! Can't wait for their next visit!

I was very impressed with the three young ladies who came to clean my home. They did a great job and we're very pleasant to have around.

It is what I asked to be done. Takes the pressure off of me to do it as I am handicapped. The people who have come have all been very pleasant and willing to work. When I can't be at the home, I trust them to do a good job and they do and I don't worry about them taking anything or not cleaning everything requested.

The cleaning crew at 204 South 6th did a great, thorough job, much better than the different crew assigned to 229 Tana Lane just a week previously. The new owners of our home complimented us on the great cleaning job.

Merry Maids is really well-organized in terms of sending reminders about scheduled cleaning times and always completing cleans at the scheduled time (or effectively communicating any changes). I love that they bring all of their own supplies so I don't have to worry about anything - other than coming home to a clean house.

The ladies weren't getting my baseboards and upstairs very well and once I spoke to the office about it the next time they took the time to meet my needs
