The girls do a job most of the time. Sometimes they empty wastebaskets and most of the time they don’t. Since I am diss able I need someone to vacuum and mop kitchen and they do a good job for me.

Appreciate the employees a lot. Shay has been to my house a couple of times and she is great. Would like to see a little more time spent on floors and showers. Folding of toilet paper and paper towels etc are very nice but seems like the time could be better spent.

Our home is always clean and fresh after Merry maids have been here. They are flexible with schedules and consistent! It’s nice when they pick a different areas of our home for a more concentrated focus! They always email a reminder in advance and a f/u email.
The products they use what ones that I requested since I have asthma and allergies!

Merry Maids did an AMAZING job on our very first cleaning. The person who cleaned for us was SUPER friendly and respectful. She saw pictures of our dogs and asked about them. It was so personable and nice. I can't wait for our second cleaning and would recommend them to anyone in need of a cleaning service. Only one disappointment, the girl who did our first cleaning won't be our permanent cleaner. :) THANK YOU!
