The professionalism was exemplary. They were also very nice and seemed to have great attitudes. The products used, while rather pungent at the time they were used (which is to be expected), didn't linger too long after the crew left - which was great. Certain areas of our home, which was always challenging to clean ourselves, were deep cleaned very well by the products and crew using them. We are very happy with the service overall.

It's so nice to come home to a clean house
#1. I did recommend your company to a family member. they called and set an appointment to get a bid for their nearly 5500 sq ft home and no one showed up.
#2. I've been with MM for a year now, with the same lead from the beginning, and for the most part am quite satisfied with the service they provide. However, each week I leave a list of "reminders" for items that have been missed (more than one week) or done but left smudgy (Mirrors, glass tables), wood blinds that have been dusted but left with several missed spots, dressers that have NOT been dusted at all or dusted but items on dresser were dusted around. Also, I have pets and they shed and on top of it I have horrible allergies. That being said, thorough vacuuming is essential. I have requested on several occasions, the bedrooms be vacuumed under the bed and dressers, and crevice tool used around perimeter (including behind door) bedposts and dresser legs. vacuuming is done weekly but (even when the bedroom is the area receiving the "extra attention" I'm finding detail/crevice tool vacuuming is not being done (dust/hair bunnies left behind)
On a happy note: everyone who works for MM has ALWAYS been extremely professional and friendly. I feel very comfortable having my crew enter and exit my home, knowing they lock up (and set alarm when asked) each time.

Dependable, generally efficient, no problem repeating a cleaning if it is unsatisfactory.

A very nice young lady comes to clean my house. She has done a great job and is open to any suggestions I make. She is also very quick to get her work done.
