Kara does a very good job and is familiar with our home and what needs to be done. We appreciate that we have one capable individual from Merry Maids to work with.
We have requested that trainees not be brought to our house and that has generally been the case. Trainees are not able to do the job as well, and a parade of people doesn't benefit us and exposes us to additional risk.
The products are generally good. We've supplied another product for our shower that seems to work better and which Kara is using.

Promptness and reliability. Brittany does a thorough job and is a hard and efficient worker. She is also pleasant to have her in the house. If there is such a person, she should be a manager.

We appreciate that team leader Kara has been able to continue working with us for some time. She does a great job and knows our home well. We've asked that trainees not be brought to our home for multiple reasons and that request has largely been met.

We also want to call out Leanne and Taylor in the district office for their fine help in rescheduling days/hours of service occasionally when needed.

Brittney is the best. Pleasant and professional. Always on time. Does the little things that others might not. Doesn't just push pictures and collectables out of the way when dusting--she puts them back.

Pricing might not be the least expensive but it is reasonable.

We used Merry Maids for over two years and were completely satisfied during that time with products and service. Recently, we downsized from our home to a condominium and discontinued service since the area to clean is small.

You guys did a great job. I couldn't even get anybody else on the phone and you came right over. You were kind of expensive BUT, you get what you pay for. I certainly was too busy with life and moving to worry about cleaning our rental house after moving out. Glad you were there.

I like that I can depend on your teams to be here when they say they will.
I like that the first appointment was very thorough and asked alot of questions about individual requests regarding the service.
I like the fact that the pricing varies compared to how often you use the service.
I like the calendar that is sent to my months in advance that I can plan around and move the dates as needed.

Leanna in the district office is also very helpful and cordial in our periodic communications, and with any rescheduling if necessary. They are a pleasure to work with.

Our team member Ashton does a fabulous job! The products used leave the house clean and sparkling without a chemical or perfumed smell. I recommend Merry Maids to anyone.
