Reliable and punctual

The Merry Maids were very efficient. They accomplished all the tasks given and came up with solutions to household chores beyond those given. I'm very pleased with their use of "green" products, as I have pets and I don't have to worry about negative effects from strong chemicals.

Natural product to clean is very important to me, and I am thrilled that Merry Maids makes a conscious effort to adhere to my requests.. Using vinegar.. Etc.... I am very happy with the professional manner from start to finish of this whole process.. That time is scheduled.. And they are very punctual.. Eager for comments to better themselves.. And licensed and bonded as well.. Very important to me.. I also like that if something is not to my liking.. I can express my concerns.. And it will be handeled without hassle.. I especially like their efforts to keep the same people working at my location.. I think this is extremely important to the customer.. As I am able to build a report with them .. And feel comfortable letting them know my needs.. And that I don't have an excess amount of people in my house.. I am so appreciative.. And certainly would not hesitate to share my find with Merry Maids to all... :):):)

The ladies worked fervently, tackling a big job to start. They were attentive and followed any requests to the letter. They also seemed to enjoy their work and have pride in the results. If they continue with this enthusiasm we will have a great year ahed.
