Your staff are friendly and always go above and beyond. Gerry and Lori did a great job, although I was not told about emptying and turning off my fridge ahead of time -- something the in office staff should be reminded to do. I emptied it though while Gerry wiped down my dining room furniture -- he spent a great amount of time cleaning the inside and outside of both my fridge and stove. They looked nearly brand new when he finished. Lori did a great job on my bathroom - everything was clean and sparkly. I very much appreciated their doing those areas I can no longer do myself.
