I was really apprehensive about hiring a maid service and having people that I didn’t know in my house. Unfortunately due to my health I’ve been unable to keep up with the house cleaning, so my husband looked into merry maids. Melanie and Megan have been very flexible and understanding with our situation. I had my first service March 15th and was very pleased. Not only was my house sparkling clean but it was an absolute pleasure having both ladies in my home. They were friendly, kind, and very hardworking. I will definitely continue my service, as well as recommended there services to others.

I was very happy with the service from Merry Maids. Melanie was extremely nice and super accommodating. She made arranging and setting up service very simple. The representative who cleaned our apartment (I don't remember her name, my apologies) was also very nice. She did a great job, especially for being by herself. I love the scent of the cleaner she used in our kitchen, which she informed me was lemon oil. Great experience :).

Claudia is wonderful. I cannot tell you how wonderful as a way more than full time physician with a retired husband at home that it is not into cleaning the house, to have MM clean each week. I don't have to rag on my husband to clean the house on his time and our marriage is so much better for having MM do the housekeeping. Also, the two things that throw my back out are vacuuming and making beds. Not having to do that is huge!! Thank you Claudia!! Thank you MM!!!

Excellent and thorough cleaning.

I have only used your services once so far. The staff is very nice. They did an ok job cleaning. I need to find out if I will have the same staff every two weeks. It is important to me the they learn how I want my house kept.

All the ladies are prompt, do an excellent job and make sure all is done and in a timely manner. I have used the service for more than 15 years and will continue to do so.

The women who cleaned my house the first time were very nice and did a great job! They invited me to check their work and told me they would come back to correct anything if necessary. It wasn't! I felt comfortable having them in my home. Highly recommend!
