I like that the Maids are bonded and if the cleaning is not to my liking, I can call the office to have Maids come to redo the area that they missed. I have always been happy with the cleaning products that are used. I have noticed that new vacuums are essential to get the carpets thoroughly cleaned.

I really look forward to seeing the Maids at my front door. They usually are so happy and friendly. It is a pleasure to have them in my home....even if my cat hides when she hears the vacuum.
The Maids are dependable and thorough.

Very good results. A couple of small details missed sometimes but overall a strong 9 rating.
The team is very friendly, polite and eager to please. I am extremely happy with Merry Maids and I have mentioned you to several people already for referral.

Also Michele who answers the phone is very helpful and friendly and makes me feel important.
