I like the way your people jump right in and do what needs to be done.
How ever, today I received the worst Pergo floor cleaning I have ever received.
I will admit the floor was dirtyier than normal, but the finished product
left piles of what appeared to be mud the full leagth of the hall way.On top of that the
entire floor was covered with a gray transparent fog that left foot prints the lenth of the
hall way
I like the professional way the girls come in and have a list and take care of it. I miss it when they don't come and so glad to see them each 4 weeks.
The cleaning was thorough and your staff was efficient and friendly. The products did a good job and left a pleasant smell. Thanks for a great job.

Cleaners are good without the oily hresidue
I am so pleased that Tori knows exactly where everything is and starts to work immediately. She does a great job of doing the tasks above average and the house is sparkling when she leaves. It is so nice that each time they do something else like doing the baseboards, fans, and still do the routine jobs of getting the house clean. The friendly attitude is a plus and you feel a friend is there helping you out. At 81 years old this is really helpful to me.
My house (Especially my tub and toilet) have NEVER been so clean!

Now that the ladies are using unscented products we are very happy. Wish we would have asked at the beginning or you to suggest that unscented cleaning products are available.
The ladies that clean are very courteous, accommodating and open to suggestions. They work hard and do a great job of cleaning. There are a few things we want done and when suggested to the ladies, they take care of it right now...with a smile(^_^)!!!
