I like having a regular day for cleaning, and the notifications the day before cleaners are to arrive (nice to have a reminder), and when I need to, the flexibility to reschedule services. If/when I need extra attention to a particular area they always focus on the area I have requested.

Merry Maids is reliable and worry free. The cleaning products have a nice scent, unlike most commercial products. (I would prefer no scent at all, but doubt that such products exist.)

A big plus is that the company's management is easy to contact and great about accommodating changes to schedules and other special requests. I would definitely recommend Merry Maids to anyone who wants a positive experience with a cleaning service.

Ladies work really hard, non-stop. Punctual. They do a great job. They wear masks and stayed away from us while we were in the house. No strong-smelling cleaning solvents. We've used them for at least 2 years now. Really no complalints.

They are consistent and call the day prior to remind me they are coming and are always accommodating if I need to reschedule, as well if I need any thing in particular they pay special attention to that specifically as requested.

The cleaners are wonderful and I'm always happy with the results.

We had a new team in the house this past week. The house was in worse shape than usual because I'd skipped a few weeks over virus concerns. Two weeks, we can handle, by the 3rd week, I want to take a grenade to the place. So, people who didn't know the house or our habits were faced with a bit more carnage than normal. They only needed about 20 more minutes than the norm and did a beautiful job. I would have understood if they missed a spot or two, but nope, not a one!
