Ami has been doing an EXCELLENT job lately. The staff in general is pretty thorough, although sometimes I feel that there are small areas of dirt on my hardwood floors that are missed; usually in the corners. The bathrooms are always VERY well cleaned, as are the kitchen appliances, sink and countertops. I don’t' always get a chance to pick up all my children's toys that are on the floors of various rooms. The MM staff always does a great job organizing them for me, when I can't. The beds are always very neatly made also. It would be great if the services also included windows, laundry and washing dishes.
Our service provider AMI is wonderful. She understands our individual needs and works around our schedule and needs.

The initial "deep clean" was fabulous. The attention to detail and the resulting sparkling house was impressive. Since then the regular cleaning has kept my home looking just as wonderful. The "merry maid" who comes is very pleasant and efficient.
My home not only looks wonderful when she finishes but it has a pleasing, "clean" smell as well. I am very satisfied with the products used and the service rendered.
I enjoy Sophia soooo much as well as the job she does!!!! It is a treat to see her when MM come!!
Professional and reliable
The service is what you would do if you did it yourself. I like the smell of the products you use I think they could be a little stronger then they are now. One week they were and that was nice. The whole house smelled so clean. The work is so good once you find someone that you like the way they clean.

Overall, the girls do a very good job. Allowing them a little extra time for special needs would be very helpful so that one or two rooms a week get a thorough cleaning.

That you can have a maid and if that one does't work out for you then you can request a
different one untill you get the one that does what you like done. I have found 2 girls
that we like and the last one is the best so far and I am asking for her to come and clean
the house. Some of the girls clean better and more than others with out being told to do something. I want to thank them for their work and the main office for working with me to
get the ones that I like even though I keep changing them.
We like the Cinnamon smell that you use because we are alleragic to so much. Also if you have some things you need to have cleaned more they will do it. I like the way they clean.
