Everyone I have dealt with were very polite, the cleaning person was very thorough in the cleaning and arranging of items thrown around, and excellent in making beds,cleaning bathrooms,dusting and vacuuming. She paid attention to her work and proceeded with vigor.
Just minor things that haven't been done according to my contract, BUT they make up for it by doing little extra stuff. Such as, they wash my dishes in the kitchen sink for me some times.
