Wish that you wouldn't have asked me the one week that Lucia and Mercedes weren't both here! They are an awesome team who work so hard and switch what rooms they take care of each week. That means each pf them have the chance to 'do their own thing' and makes the cleaning superb. I think it was hard for Lucia this last week though she didn't show it at all as Amanda didn't seem quite as thorough as the regular team. I do want to ask, now that my husband has passed, and the only time I am upstairs is once a day, not using the bathroom nor both guest bedrooms if we could adjust the biweekly rate a little.

Consistent and reliable

My team is awesome. They ago above and beyond and are so patient with my family's many changes. They keep in great contact (which matters because i have a large dog that cannot be on premises) and they are prompt to notify when they are done.

I contacted you to clean my elderly Mother's home over a year ago. I was extremely pleased. For unknown reasons she cancelled your service. She recently reinstated your services. She was primarily happy but most disappointed when she reinstated she asked that her bed sheets be changed which are most difficult for her to do. When they came they refused. It was her understanding upon re instating and requesting that service it would be done. That was her primary disappointment.

Some of your cleaners are very thorough and you can tell a drastic difference when you walk in. It smell clean and items are very orderly.
