Our cleaner is very reliable and careful with all our stuff. Sometimes when our regular person, Sheila, is not the one who comes, they use a strong-smelling product that we don't like, But Sheila remembers not to use it. We've had no breakage or wall damage since she has been coming.

I've used Merry Maids as I've been able, for years, regularly for a time and once a year at times. The crews have always been very efficient and have done a good job for us, with little extra work required before their arrival. (I used another service once with a newborn and 2 year old in the house, who told me they could clean or organize, but I'd have to 'clean' before they got there as I had 45 minutes allotted for their cleaning. I forget the name, think they're out of business now.) My children are older now, but I've never felt pressure to clean before Merry Maid came to clean.
Personally, I also like the smell of the products they use, and the smell left when they've finished. They asked if there were any of my own I wanted them to use, but I had no preference.
The service was wonderful!! The stainless steel cleaner is amazing and I love the scent of your products.
