The cleaning teams are great...always cheerful, thorough, and efficient. The house ends up looking great and smelling good. If a schedule of mine suddenly clashes with a cleaning date MM is always good about rescheduling.

It's not about the products used, but the service only. The Maids do a fantastic job. In my opinion they pay attention to detail and I'm very happy.

The only thing I have a problem with is, the price. My neighbors would have the same problem, too.

The professional of the entire staff from the front office to the ladies who clean the homes. Prices are fair and they do an incredible job with the cleaning.

I had always done all of my own housework until my health became an issue. I appreciate having someone come in twice a month to do the cleaning that I am no longer able to do. I tell them that I am a perfectionist and expect that kind of service. They do a very good job cleaning each room in record time. If I find something that was missed especially in the dusting, I point it out, but only once. The next time they know what I expect. I am very pleased with Merry Maid service.

You always provide the service I expect on the day it is scheduled. The women who come to work are always polite and thorough with their work.

Things are generally still all right. Maybe need to pay a little more attention to vac around the baseboards.

Clean and fabulous outcome

They did a great job on most everything. Especially given the short notice. There were a couple things that were over looked. All in all it saved us so much time and energy not having to clean our new house before moving in ourselves.
