Merry Maids are quick and very efficient. I had to reschedule the original cleaning date and the office personnel worked wit me to change the their schedule. Just fantastic. My home was completely renovated and was coated in dust. The came in and cleaned from top to bottom. I had all the windows cleaned, inside and outside which I had to pay extra for. But it was definitely worth it! I would recommend Merry Maids to anyone who needed to have their home cleaned or to someone who would rather pay than do it themselves (such as me). I wa totally pleased and satisfied with all aspects of the Merry Maids service.

We have been quite pleased with Merry Maids since moving to Manhattan. They have always been prompt, with good communication to let you know when they will be arriving, as well as follow up afterward regarding customer satisfaction. The staff has been very friendly and professional, always being considerate of any special requests and taking careful consideration of our indoor cats. The cleaning quality is excellent and thorough, with pleasant and natural smelling cleaners. I have always been particular about detail in cleaning myself, and notice afterward that nothing has been missed. I am so impressed as well how light fixtures, blinds, baseboards are consistently cleaned. My husband and I are grateful for what Merry Maids does provide.

I don't have an opinion about the products except that they obviously work well. I appreciate that you ALWAYS show up! When I have had people who were individuals who had their own little cleaning business, if something came up they couldn't always show up. Merry Maids always shows up!

I don't know what the products used are but the house smells great afterward. The actual house cleaning is performed very thoroughly and efficiently by friendly ladies.
