We just started using Merry Maids and it's been a true pleasure. They came out to our house to give us a quote, which I appreciated, and it was based off of the size of the home (how many rooms/bathrooms) vs. the actual time the cleaners spent in the home which is greatly appreciated. Other cleaners will give you a quote and then adjust it "off of the time it actually takes" which is crazy... Nancy was easy to text and email with and payment is made easily via credit card on file. I'll update as we continue using them (we have them scheduled monthly), but as of now I would definitely recommend.
I love the service, however: they are very tough on our blinds. We’ve had several fasteners break after they clean them, normally we replace them but now we are out of (12? Extra now) replacement parts and the board fell down at 3am waking the family.
The staff are professional, thorough, efficient, and no-nonsense. They get right to work and don't stop until they are done. I like that they come with their own supplies and cleaning tools.

I love the ease of scheduling and changing the schedule if necessary. This is done so efficiently and within minutes of the request. The two girls who come to me are always the same and thus I do not have to instruct them. If I want something special attended to, they jump to the request and always check to see that I am satisfied with the job before they leave.
They do a good cleaning and do it quickly. I have a large apartment with 4 bathrooms and they complete all including the wood floors in 2.5 to 3 hours. I have them every other week as we are just a couple, no children or pets. I love that they bring their own products. This saves me time and money. I do not ask them to change beds or bother with laundry but I'm sure they offer this service too.
Merry Maids is responsive, they do great work and have been consistent for the three years I've used them.
