The service is reliable and responsible. My home looks like a jewel, according to a local realtor. The floors -- both carpets and wood -- have never been more consistently attractive and clean. The work is done quickly and efficiently. Joy had been the most consistent Merry Maids representative and I would prefer that you assign her regularly. However, Mikeala is a fine and competent substitute if Joy is unavailable. Both Joy and Mikeala respond to requests for special attention to specific areas. Both are friendly and independent workers. Joy utilizes a cleaner that leaves a wonderful aroma in the cleaned areas.

Products are safe and effective, no odors unless intended such as lemon oil. Maids are paid well and receive benefits that I do not have to manage. Cleaning has been acceptable to excellent. Excellence comes when the same personnel regularly come to my house. Insurance, training, and concern for the customer are also important. The admin office provides excellent communication.
