100% guarantee! We requested and paid for the frig to be cleaned. As soon as Merry Maids was advised the frig wasn't done they made arrangements to have it cleaned immediately. I also requested different personel in the future who were more experienced, and this request was immediately addressed.
I love the way the house smells! I have a chronic health issue and can no longer do the spring cleaning and deep cleaning, my partner recently had hip replacement surgery so neither of us are able to maintain our home the way we normally do. The employees are always cheerful and pleasant. Sometimes I do not like the odors of the cleansers. Too strong. Most of the time it smells fresh and clean when they are done and looks good. Guess I prefer a fresh air scent rather than the earthy scents.
They were very efficient and at the same time courteous and friendly. The products were very good and did a great job as did the team.
