Service is reliable and pretty consistent. Over the years, any issues have been resolved professionally and quickly. My experience with hiring a single individual in the past was not good because I could not always depend on getting the house cleaned. Having the service make sure someone shows up gives me peace of mind. Relax, it’s done is a good descriptor.

I just like coming home to a clean house. The cinnamon smell is lovely.

Service quality and reliability

I have used the Merry Maids service for about a year now. They are "Top Notch" . Very responsible. Have had a couple of issues and they were addressed immediately. Staff are very friendly, helpful. I do like having a regular "Maid" on each visit. High remarks go to Kayla, my first person. I now have Shelby, she is awesome. She is on time,very thorough. Goes about her job, love hearing her sing sometimes. She obviously enjoys what she is doing. Also need to say Kudos to James, he is so helpful when I need to make a change in my schedule, so personable, friendly greeting anytime I call. Thanks also to Becky, she always follows through should I need an issued addressed. She too is very professional. Courteous, friendly, helpful ,.......this goes to all the staff I have encountered.

Happy with your products as well, my home smells very clean and fresh. I do request the use of my floor cleaner which has not been an issue. I have lots of allergies, none of your products have been an issue.
