All maids have background checks is a high priority for us. Love that you bring your own supplies and vacuum, too. And the maids cleaning our house are so very nice and personable. Love that it’s always the same team that comes to clean, too!

The products are exceptional. I had tea stains on my formica countertop and they were able to get them all out--to my delight. They are very timely on arrival and ready to work. Very friendly and able to communicate in English. The prices are fair. And the cleaning solutions are mild so when I come home the house isn't full of perfumey smells. I appreciate that. So far I am thrilled and look forward to getting my house cleaned for a long time by Merry Maids!

Efficient and on time

I like coming home to a clean house. We have a lot of busy people in our house and it is very difficult to keep clean. But I know that the house does get cleaned because of Merry Maids so I don't worry and complain as much!!

Efficient and timely service

Normally when I return home from having been cleaned the condo normally smells "clean" and I didn't experience that this time.

This was a one time move out clean. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, the condo was clean to my expectations.

I have been very impressed by the service we have received from our amazing Merry Maids team. The ladies are very polite, consistent and always go above and beyond when they visit our home. All of the cleaning staff members should be using the same products in my home. I do not feel that if the regular staff member is off a particular day, the fill-in team should know the products to be used in my home. A cinnamon scented item is used in the unit and upon
entering you have this scent which always makes me feel the unit is clean. I don't know what product is used in shower area but it is always clean after Tanya leaves.
A binder is kept from each visit with the clients information, and I feel this is important to know
what particulars the client likes.

The end result was very good. But I don't know very much about cleaning products.

The Merry Maids who cleaned my home were very thorough and efficient. They put booties on before entering my home and went right to work after a friendly greeting. My house not only looked and smelled clean, it FELT clean.

I was thrilled with the quality of the cleaning. I am very particular about how things are cleaned in my home and had absolutely no complaints with the cleaning. The floors were spotless and the bathrooms, particularly the master bathroom. It was wonderful to walk into my home at the end of the day and have a clean home. My daughter saw me walk in the house and said - "Are those tears in your eyes?" - it was a great way to end the day!
