I enjoy having the reliability of the Merry Maids. They are on time they come equipped for cleaning the house and the products are reliable and pleasant to smell. My house is fairly large and I do wish we could spend just a little longer. But for time spent they do a reasonable job. I have I have used the company for over 20 years.

The people are friendly and the cost is great value for what you get. Having the app to show me where they are and ability to text any details or changes is critical to me.

The cleaning crew is prompt and thorough in each room they clean. The products smell good but not overpowering. The staff is friendly and quick to respond.

The team was great. I did let the ladies know that I typically remove my shoes when going upstairs. Other than that, all else was good.

The team that comes to my house is efficient and very capable. I truly enjoy coming home to a clean made bed and mopped and vacuumed floors. We have two cats and they do produce a lot of dust bunnies (that do look little white bunnies tails). So having less cat fur floating around my floors is helpful in so many ways. My house is usually cluttered but the team usually finds a way to work around it. Thank you Merry Maids.

The maids were very friendly and on time. I do however feel that they took to long and it was pay by the hour. Once I came back on site they cleaned faster. Overall we were very satisfied with the service.
