I have gotten Merry Maids since my parents in their 90's moved in and I am doing full time care giving. I was very pleased that they change beds. The first time they cleaned my toilet, the water stains that I work hard trying to keep off were gone! If there is something I would like them to focus on, or leave for this week, they are very willing to comply.

I have at least one consistent cleaner who comes. She knows my house, my preferences, and to avoid my dog. She is pleasant, honest, and a good cleaner. I trust her and I know that she will consistently provide quality service. She manages her time well and moves through the house quickly and quietly to keep the noise to a minimum when I'm in my home office. The products used are effective at cleaning the dirt, soap scum, etc.

Great first cleaning.
I love the fact that they change our bed! I love the product they used in the toilet to get the hard water stains out. They are willing to focus on something if I ask. My main thing is to have them do general cleaning, bathrooms and floors and they do that VERY WELL. I am full time care giving to my 90's year old parents and just dont have the time or energy to do those things that they do to keep the house generally cared for. I would like to say that the products they use smell good but there are times that I have a small problem with a cough while they are here but it is nice.
