We have received excellent service from Leni, Maria, and the other cleaners at Merry Maids. They are offering a great and valuable service to us in Flushing and Auburndale.

Service is excellent. What makes the cleaning seamless is that the same ladies, Patricia and Ana have serviced our home from Day 1 By having the same team come to the houses what makes the cleaning, clean and quick.

This I believe is a very important by having a successful cleaning. They are literally IN and Out within their time limit.

The products are ok. I wish you can come up with how to clean grout from tiled floors.

We like the smell they leave in the house, it is a nice clean smell. We like the way the clean our bathrooms, the ladies are so friendly.

The cleaning staff are very friendly and do a great job cleaning my apartment. They are thorough and detailed in their approach.

The women who came were professional in their conduct and knew when and how to use cleaning products. For example, using Murphys oil on my wood floors, granite cleaner on my granite counters and disinfecting with the use of bleach. I've had other cleaning services and they were clueless as to what products to use and the need to use bleach to disinfect! I appreciate not having to tell the cleaners how to do their job! They were quick and efficient working well together like a well orchestrated band! Thank you!

When the same two, or three, people are assigned with consistency. This has proven to be the best approach and our staff concurs when consistency of maids occurs.

I was very pleased with the service I received from your two Merry Maid associates. When they arrived I explained to them what I needed done. I was surprised that they remembered even the smallest details. Most importantly they did an excellent, excellent cleaning job.

I also compliment the Lady I spoke to on the phone, I am so use to cleaning my own home and doing a good job. I was very hesitant in getting this service, but I needed help, Your Merry Maid representative was assertive, and reassuring. She addressed all my concerns and convinced me to try the service and I am so glad I did.

A very thorough cleaning and done quickly.

All in all, a noticeable difference. Thank you. But slightly disappointed in preliminary deep cleaning. Particularly the bathroom. During initial walk thru, the walls were pointed out to me & exclaimed it will be cleaned. Not so much as a dry paper towel was brushed across it. & the face of the sink cabinet was not DEEP cleaned in any sense of the word. Maybe our definition of deep clean differs?

My home looked fabulous after my first cleaning. Absolutely spotless!
