Always a nice fresh smell. The ladies seem receptive to any changes I might have. Office is easy to communicate with.
The cleaning people are friendly and efficient. Plus our home consistently looks great when they leave.
More attention to the floors. With dogs and kids, our floors can get dirty. It is so disappointing to return home after a cleaning and still see week old water marks or stuffs on the floor.

I had a cleaning for the first time since the pandemic after having been a regular client for many years. I paid extra since it had been so long. Very little dusting was done. I didn't check while the team was still here but noticed over the next day or two how many things were missed. I will be checking as they go along in the future.

Didn’t pick up and shake rugs. Didn’t do blinds or fans. Some mirrors were not clean or all window sills. I scheduled Merry maids for a thorough cleaning and was very disappointed. I had to have them come back twice after initial visit. I will not continue service.
