This was for an office, not a house. The estimator came to our office with one if the people who was actually going to do the work and ess very professional. The people who came to do the work were very efficient and completed the job in less time than estimated.

The workers work really hard. I know my house was not in best shape and being I had back surgery, I can't bend over like I used too so it gets dirty fast. . It's been a pleasure to have this service for the past 5 months. I am always pleased when they leave. I don't think I have ever gotten it to look as fresh and clean as when Merry Maids comes to my house.

I believe the team we have in place now does a competent job and shows a willingness to accommodate special requests. Sue in particular does a very good job and shows that she cares about the quality of her work.

I open the door, write the check, and the house gets cleaned. Two lovely honest, hard-working women clean the house for me. They bring all their own supplies. If I ever have a complaint, I call the office and the complaint is answered within a few hours. I have had Merry Maids for years, and have had only one instance when I called them back to clean. I called the office, the team returned within a few hours, and the complaint was corrected. I do NOT worry about cleaning my house. Thanks to Merry Maids, house cleaning is only a blip on my mental radar screen, freeing me and my husband up for fun.

The girls come on time, do their work and leave. I had to go to the market; my husband was home with them; by the time I came back, they had just left. The place was reasonably clean, and I felt that it was well worth the money to have them come once a month.

I write the check, open the door, and the house is clean. Two lovely women bring EVERYTHING with them, clean the house and leave. Any problems? The agency handles them. At my request, they use unscented products. At my request, they come on a different day. They do a better job than I would, and do it fast.
