Your girls usually come at around 8AM or a little later, as requested. They are polite, understand my instructions, go about their business until finished, usually around one hour.

I would recommend Merry Maids to others. Originally I needed a cleaning service to do a
thorough cleaning of a newly purchased older home that needed serious attention. When I called the company I was first impressed with Elizabeth who was very professional giving me information I needed to know. On line I did read good notes about Merry Maids, and not so great notes about other companies, so I decided to write this because I was helped by other reviews. I explained to Elizabeth exactly what I needed the workers to concentrate on and they did know about it when they arrived. I can see they were very organized with their equipment and brought everything they needed and their products were fresh & clean. I will be calling them back after the construction areas are done. I am now considering using a cleaning service for the first time in my own home.

Anita and Mabel are wonderful. They showed up this past week right on time and they are very thorough and so pleasant.

Everyone is very responsive, if I have a question or a comment or need anything changed/cleaned further etc I receive a call or email right away and a resolution immediately as well.

I had Merry Maids clean my home for the first time last week and now they will be coming weekly. They did an excellent job, mindful of caring for our furniture and decor. Both ladies Cecilia and Magaly were sweet and professional. And, I like the fact that they will be the ones to come each week and not different maids each week. They bring their own cleaning supplies, but are happy to use my cleansers if I’d prefer. I have a scheduled day and time, and they call half an hour before they come. So far, a great experience. Even Elizabeth who I spoke with to book them answered all my questions, had a lengthy conversion explaining their policies and worked hard to schedule the time I wanted. All in all, a great company.
