Consistency and reliability
The two ladies that came to clean my house were very nice and professional. They got right to work and my house looked and smelled wonderful afterwards. My bathroom especially were sparkling clean!
I like that all staff memembers are very friendly. Everyone from the person answering the phone to the crew that comes out to my home. Also very flexible in accomodating my request and were able to come out within 48 hours for an emergency cleaning.
