I have been with Merry Maids for many years. I love the way my house feels and smells, clean and fresh when the service is completed. My bathrooms sparkle and everything is vacuumed and dust free. I am now retired and I still love the service Merry Maids provide. No more hands and knees scrubbing, I just touch up on the off weeks and my house is easier to maintain because of the thorough cleaning they provide.

They've been able to clean areas that I could not with grocery-store cleaning supplies - and the stainless steel polish that is used is amazing! If I have any issues I am able to call the office and have them addressed immediately. Great customer service.

I was very happy with the team that came to clean certain areas of our home per our agreement. I am very picky about cleaning being done in a thorough manner, and they did not disappoint me. They did an excellent and very thorough job and even went above and beyond my expectations. They were also friendly and professional which I appreciated.

I liked how thorough the team was. My house smelled fresh when I walked in and hard to get to places were cleaned and dust removed. Best service I ever had. I have used agencies before, even Molly Maids. This was by far the very best service I've had.

They did an amazing job, although I think they forgot to vacuum my bedroom. That may have been my fault though, due to what I had said I wanted. So no big deal.

The two women were efficient and responsive to my requests for some follow-up cleaning that wasn't quite to my satisfaction. Otherwise what they cleaned was beyond my expectations. I like that they use vinegar for many cleaning chores.

Kori na was excellent and as the captain kept a close watch and smiled as I requested extra care for floors and windows which I am super protective of. I have yet to find a housekeeping service that took all my wishes in to consideration. Merry Maids kept me smiling even after a few days after the pets and family had guest. Love coming home to a clean house

I have been with Merry Maids for many years. I like the consistency, I also like having the same team assigned to my home. I am very pleased with the job they do. They are always pleasant and very thorough.

I would like to have one special process every other month, it could be vacuum under furniture cushions, or clean behind furniture or under computer desk or wet mop my wooden kitchen floor. That would be nice.
