I like that the ladies that come to my home are very friendly and don't mind chatting with me before they get started cleaning. It has given me a chance to get to know them a little and I feel very comfortable having them around. And my two small dogs love them!

The cleaners smell nice and when I have a concern the lead gal (Maria) is very receptive. I only have to mention something one time.
The service is very thorough and every room is in order. It is impossible for me to do more than one room at a time. When every room is dusted and cleaned it is marvelous to walk in to a fresh clean and smelling clean condo.

for one thing The furnace filters are cleaner so I aam not breathing dust even tho I did not know that I was. I do not have the strength any more. Also to have those 2 smiling faces every oyher Wed. Give me time I should have at least 10 moe reasons
My cleaning team is very efficient and always is willing to do the little extras or go over some area. Cleaning products do a good job and leave no residue .

My favorite thing is that I don't have to wash my wood floors! I like walking into the house with the clean smell after they've cleaned. Also, the product used in the shower seems to be keeping the little bit of mold on the shower door caulk from getting worse.

I must clarify that the previous assessment of 5 out of 10 was either a technical glitch or an accidental entry. I am incredibly satisfied with the Merry Maid experience - from the very beginning when setting up the appointment, the effort to expedite the date of the appointment, the cleaning services provided, and the follow-up call to insure my satisfaction. I am caring for my elderly father who has dementia and requires one-on-one assistance not allowing me to properly get his house " show ready" for potential buyers. Merry Maids made short work of what would have been quite a project for me! Thank You.
