The women were very courteous and diligent with their tasks. Doing the windows leading to my decks was a real plus!
I do have a problem with the cleaning substances used on my kitchen cupboards! They look like they are dripping wax. Using a dry cloth, I have managed to rub down as far as I can reach. However since I can not climb on anything it is a problem for me. The woman who will be staying with me during my surgery has said she will take care of the problem while I am in the hospital.
Other than that I am extremely satisifed with the work they accomplished. It will be nice to come home to a clean house when I am released from the hospital.

The Merry Maids who visit my house are very friendly and hard working....I enjoy having them come once a week and doing such a thorough job of cleaning. The products are gentle and
have a very nice scent----a very pleasant scent lingers at the end of their visit.

Our team, Mayra and Rosa, are reliable, consistent, and responsible. Merry Maids is bonded, insured, and a well established company.

What I like most is that the number of arguments about cleaning our home have decreased to almost zero because of Merry Maids. :)

The consistency of the people who come every time and the cooperation offered to complete requests and extra jobs. The products used do seem to work well and leave no residue or odor.

I absolutely love my two regulars, Mayra and Rosa, from Richmond, CA. because they've come to know what I want and need the most. The house always looks and smells cleaner after they've been there, and they do things I never ask of them, like putting up my Christmas tree, and decorating it! I've never asked them to do that, but they do it anyway.
Can you believe that?
They have also got up on ladders and changed the burned out ceiling bulbs. These two women have the heart of a dozen. God Bless them both.

I have been very fortunate to have received excellent service. I really enjoy the speed and
efficient way the women work and still will help if I ask them to help me with what I have
started. They regroup and then go back to their program or plan. And they are not afraid to
improvise if I leave the house, and they cannot ask me. Such as the time I put the garbage
20 gal in the garage. So they put it in the Green can which was empty. They knew I would look for the garbage as they had cleaned them and put new plastic in them. They had no way
of knowing where it could have been but knew I would check and find it. GOOD JOB!!!! Elizabeth
