Professional, safe, accommodating when I wanted to switch a normaly scheduled day. Our sales rep. has continues to be responsive & the cleaning teams are careful about our 7 pets. I love coming home from work to a clean house, no drama, no issues... Just a fresh clean house. They do a great job!

I appreciate the consistency of the service providers. On the occasion where I have needed extra services, they were easy to schedule.

The quality of service continues to be top notch, but I am frustrated by the fact that the crew doesn't' read their instructions. Our basement is cleaned every other visit (and the smaller bedrooms are NOT supposed to be cleaned on these visits). During the 6/6 and 7/5 cleanings, the crew started cleaning the smaller bedrooms. I had to stop them and tell them not to clean them. The last time they were here their notebook was laying open on my kitchen table with instructions clearly showing them what to clean. Please remind the crews to follow the instructions. I feel bad when they clean areas they aren't supposed to clean. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this. Thanks.

I like that the ladies are very polite and are careful with furniture and breakables. They come on time and work very quickly. I don't worry about theft at all. I have used Merry Maids for many years and have never needed to complain. It is an excellent organization!
