I use the service once a month. The ladies arrive at the stated time and get right to work. They vacuum, dust, mop the floors, etc. I have not problems with the service.

The ladies arrived promptly, listened to all of our comments and instructions and started working immediately. It had been two years and a construction project since we had Merry Maids help us, and everything was covered with construction dust and needed deep cleaning (we were not able to keep up with the necessities). The ladies worked very hard for approximately three hours and did a wonderful job. We have signed up for the biweekly cleaning program - it will relieve us greatly to have their help!

The team always arrives on time. The amount of time that they clean is up to me. If I want more time, I pay for more time. I love that. The employees are very courteous, I really like having them in the house. They are always cheerful. The house is clean with attention to detail but without strong scents.
