I love the way the house smells after it's been cleaned and I enjoy the cheery, friendly notes the ladies leave. But two problems: I wish I could count on the ladies coming at the same time every Thursday morning. They had been coming first thing in the morning, which was perfect. I always tried to stay out till 10:30 or 11:00 to keep out from underfoot. Recently, they've been coming later in the morning. The other thing is very small but important to me. Sometimes they don't empty the upstairs trash and put fresh bags in the waste cans, which leaves me with waste cans lined with ugly blue Giant Eagle grocery bags for the next two weeks.

Maria and her assistants do a good job in our home. When I was physically able, and my wife and I would work together on cleaning, we did a more thorough job. But, we also used toothbrushes, toothpicks, and Q-tips! That level of cleaning is not what we expect from Maria. When she leaves, the floors, toilets, tubs, and sinks are clean. The vast majority of the dust is cleaned up, but with our two cats dust bunnies have a gestation period of less than a minute.

All in all your crew is doing a good job keeping our house clean; organized is another matter outside of your and our control. If we weren't happy with the work Maria does, you would continuing to visit us every two weeks. We also appreciate the flexibility and ability to work with our often zany schedules.

Service: All staff have been dressed appropriately, polite and efficient.

Products: I like that the products used have no evidence of being perfumed and leave no residue.

Maria has been the cornerstone of the team. Regardless of whom she is paired with (currently Alyson), I can be well assured that the house will be spotless when they leave. It also makes my wife very happy which, in turn, makes me happy.

Thorough Job - Expensive But Worth It . . .

Merry Maids are very careful with the items in my home and are very thorough. I feel safe having them in my house. I especially like the way they tidy up the dressers in the bedrooms.
