Consistency of the same personnel cleaning my house

The ladies are cheerful and do a very nice job. It feels like they take a personal pride in taking care of the house.

Flexibility and the ability to get my house cleaned without a lot of fuss and bother.

I have been a customer for several years and your service has been very good. There have been times when I have had to call and complain about service. In the beginning the maids were very thorough and careful. But when the team somehow gets moved around because of sickness or vacation etc the service seems to slip. The products seem to be fine. When the team does a very thorough job when I get home the house smells so good. Also it would be helpful that the maids speak English when servicing in a English speaking home.

The cleaning is done thoroughly, there is an effort to maintain the same esthetics (things put back where they were if decorative), and there is value placed in continuity (same team each time). We appreciate it all. Thank you.

Maids provide an excellent cleaning job. I have not examined the cleaning products per se but they do not leave an unpleasant odor or cause any skin irritation. The one complaint I have is that the maids do not havethe ability to clean/dust ares out of their reach like ceiling fans. An extended pole that I have seen advertized on TV would be a useful addition to their tools.

They are always flexible when I need to move my schedule around. Very reliable, very good cleaning, very friendly, great service! I am thankful for Merry Maids!

They are prompt and show up on time . Phone calls are answered by a person (usually Sylvia) and not
An answering machine. The house smells clean , but does not smell like pine sol when they leave.

They are very thorough. I thought I was going to have to get a new shower door before Merry maids started ccleaningcleang but now the doors sparkle. I love having a clean house.

The women are very polite and are thorough cleaners. Syvia and Chris call right back if I have left a message and check in quite often to see if everything is up to my satisfaction.

I have been using Merry Maids for over 2 years now and I really like the attention to detail and the care towards my home I also really like the fact that the same crew comes every visit so they get to know our house and how to care of it.

Cleaning team rarely changes. Dispatchers are very helpful and considerate when schedule changes need to be made, esp. Sylvia and Chris. Excellent communication.

Clean smell without overpowering

Flexibility in days for service since I travel alot. Friendly. Like the option to have windows inside and outside done if I want. Staff does a nice job.

First of all, I was grateful that you were able to accommodate me on such short notice. The gals who arrived to clean were very polite, quick and efficient. They came in and got started right away. The help they provided took a load off my mind.

I have used your services for years and have been very pleased. Sometimes I have had to call to complain about the service but you have always taken care of the problem. I will say that over time sometimes the work isn't as good as in the beginning. The crew gets a little lazy. In the beginning after the crew has been at my home it smells so fresh and clean but lately that has not been the case. I hope with this survey maybe some changes will be made. I have recommended your services to others.

Angelina and Graciela are a delight to have in my home. I love hearing Angelina singing as they work. The house always has a pleasant, clean smell when they have finished. Their visit always brightens my day.

Can be counted on to do a good job, happy to do extra cleaning when asked, almost always show up at the same time on their scheduled day, always accommodate requests to change scheduled cleaning day including canceling or adding a cleaning day.
