I desperately needed help when I was forced to move with short notice from a bungalow in Ventura!
I couldn’t find any help for weeks, so I attempted to clean myself, very sure that I would NOT be getting my deposit back from the “evil” landlords, but I did my best. On the final day of my occupancy, I heard from Merry Maids that they could come to do a “move out” cleaning ! I was grateful that they could come and even more grateful that while they were there the landlord stopped by and was delighted with their work and the condition of the apartment !
I received my full deposit one week later, and I am sure I owe that to the work of Merry Maids! Money well spent!

Merry Maids worked with me on a schedule change desired. The maids came right on time. They worked constantly while in my employ and worked together well. When I asked for a little more cleaning, they did it happily.

Very detail oriented . House is spotless after they clean. Owner supervisor very good about contact when you need something different or unusual done to your home. They steam cleaned our tile! So much cleaner than mopping!!!

They do a thorough job of cleaning our house. For example, our prior cleaner did not check for black mold on the bottom of our shower. I had to clean it myself about every 3 weeks. Our Merry Maids must be checking the bottom of the shower as I have not need to scrup it since they started cleaning our house.

We have them use our own products but the services are great except dusting. Kind of lax in that area.

I like the way I'm scheduled. First slot of the morning.
I like having the same team come to my house most of the time.
I like the staff using bleach in the bath and kitchen.
I like the fact that the staff doesn't rush. Working slow and carefully prevents breakage.
I like the fact that the staff is prompt and friendly.

First, the cleaners did an excellent job on everything. Two things that caught my eye were that the kitchen sink was spotless and shiny, and the shower window was the cleanest it has been in years. Even the water stains were removed.
