The house sparkled and smelled wonderful! But, oops! The cupboards in the downstairs were not wiped out, neither was the clothes washing machine—still had some mold in the detergent dispensing area, and no one notified me that I had forgotten a crystal cake plate in the China cupboard.

Services were easy to set up and everyone was very efficient. The cleaning was done to my satisfaction and everything was returned to its previous position. I had to stay in the home because I am on oxygen 24/7 and this caused a slight problem for me because the smell of the cleaning product did effect my breathing, but this is singular to my case and no fault of Merry Maids. The lady that did the cleaning was very friendly, but went about her work at a steady pace and I kept to other rooms so as not to get in her way.

I would certainly call Merry Maids the next time I need cleaning done.

The staff do a very good job of cleaning. We have been assured that the cleaning crew is masked while in our house and, hence, feel quite safe.

The scheduler is very good about letting us know when the crew is coming so we can be away at that time. We appreciate that.
