The team that came out to help were super nice and keen on details! I let them now it was more of a major surfaces thing and not to worry about the knickknacks and tasks were immediately adjusted. Only a few things were missed - some dust on the walls in the bathroom and back of the door, but minor. Hopefully we can make sure those are taken care of in the future.
your team was the best, i got exactly what i requested in my estimate and then some! i was pleasantly surprised with everything, especially since this was the 1st time i ever used this service. your products were as great as your team. as your team worked (i was home the whole time) they were very professional, well trained, and i expect to be using merry maids in the near future (within 2-4 weeks) for some additional cleaning. on a scale of 1 to 10 i rate them a 15+ and i would recommend them to anyone...i also liked that they listened to me when i initially got my estimate and did not try to "upsell" me on anything. when i contact you for future i would hopefully get the same team...keep up the great work!!!!

I requested service from Merry Maids for a temporary situation. The process was very easy, quality control associate, Maida Palafox understood my needs & even came the day of service to see how things were going. The team that was sent was friendly & performed their jobs well. It was very nice to have them bring their own supplies & equipment & I would definitely use them again!

Cleaning was very good, but bath rugs were left on the clothes hamper instead of being put back in place. Also, a magnet to the alarm system on the kitchen door was dislodged when the door was dusted/washed and thrown away leaving the door unprotected until ADT could come to replace. I like Brenda and Liza and want them back. I will be requesting them to come back on the last Thursday of the month. Products used were fine, I like the fact that they are not overly fragrant.
