I liked that everything looked like it was dusted and floors were clean. Shower is very clean. I also liked that they put things back where they originally were. It isn't very pleasant to get home from work and have to rearrange and put things back where they were. I liked that when I opened the door, the house smelled clean. I am a very particular person and take pride in my home. What I didn't like, was your representative Fausto had the unbusiness manner of telling me he would call me back after he did some figuring and NEVER did! He should have called me to tell me he could not come to the arrangements I was looking for. How do you keep customers with that kind of business ethics?

Merry Maids does a through cleaning including baseboards, walls and cabinet tops to fans. I love this. The maids are very personable and polite. They make you feel relaxed and confident of a job well done.

Everything! To come home knowing it's clean w/extra touches (folding my sheets that were in the drawer, taking pillows out of the bag, dishes in sink) is just wonderful! I just recommended MM to a stranger I happened to overhear at dinner who was looking for someone to clean but was afraid to trust people. I have had to reschedule on several occasions so I've had different team members show up to clean my house, everyone does a great job! I also appreciate the ability to reschedule my appointments easily.
