Reliable and very good! The only reason I didn’t give a ten is because we keep getting different housekeepers. We had two that worked very well together but it seems to change a bit.
Overall this service is quite wonderful but when we get one and not the other that we’re used to, we notice details skipped like proper stove cleaning on the surface. The older ladies are spectacular- the young ones miss things here and there.
One of the younger ladies broke our shower door and didn’t say anything about it. (The doors got knocked off track). We’re just so grateful to have any housekeepers during these difficult times. We’ve tried other services and they’re all unreliable. This company never no shows and is present 99 percent of the time!

We have used Merry Maids for about a year now. They are very reliable, always here on time and do a great job. Also very flexible if we need to be out of town or have to reschedule.
