Mostly they use MY products do to antiques and fine furniture and also use MY products on kitchen and bath floors otherwise your product leaves them sticky. Maybe they are not using clean water in each room as directed or not rinsing. All other products are your products and they clean great and leave a fresh smell.
House was very clean and smelled fresh after their cleaning. Will use them again.
